You take the technical and strategic leadership You conduct and coordinate control and software projects – from request to planning to successful implementation You actively use your sales talent to attract new customers and expand existing contacts You are responsible for personnel planning and development including the systematic development of competence in the team You ensure the planning, organization and compliance of dates, budgets and quality standards You actively promote the development of processes, solutions and market approaches

Electrical engineering is your technical foundation: either by studying or by comprehensive practical experience Experience: You bring multiannual knowledge of electrical engineering/software (high language) Bonus: Knowledge in process control technology is a plus, but no need Project management: You conduct projects structured, keep track of complex tasks and successfully lead them to the goal Customer orientation: You bring both a technical understanding and sales affinity and move safely into customer communication Soft Skills: You convince by clear communication, analytical thinking and proactive working Leadership: You have experience in teaming or bringing strong team and leadership skills and understand how to support and motivate employees professionally Languages: You speak fluent German and ideal English
