Domain Lead IT Finance, People & Testmanagement (m/f/d)

As a domain lead, you are responsible for the global IT business processes for finance, controlling, human resources. This allows you to control various projects from analysis, conception and customer-specific optimization, including successful implementation in the integrated system landscape to ongoing operation. In addition, you are responsible for the central test management and test automation via all bonprix IT systems (frontend and backend). Your job Together with your two specialized and international teams, you control diverse projects and design modern, data-driven processes. You develop the international technology standard, act collaboratively as well as consulting at the department interface and control the external service provider portfolio. As a leader, you are a motivator for the further development of the skills, methods and strategies of your teams and thus improve your own contribution to earnings. Your contribution You control the international roll-out as well as the harmonisation of our B2C financial processes (SAP FI-CA) over 16 countries, and you are also responsible for the introduction of the Group blueprint for SAP SuccessFactors. In addition, you will develop the end-to-end test management (self-developments and SAP solutions) to ensure a durable and convincing customer experience, for example, through test automation.
