Application of a global project management standard in the field of ESG based on the company-wide project management methodology Implementation of the ESG strategy by translating strategic priorities into feasible project roadmaps and measurable results Management and coordination of projects in compliance with cost, time and quality requirements incl. Milestone Planning, Progress Controlling and Budget and Schedule Planning Documentation of implementation and reporting to management Coordination with adjacent departments regarding the establishment of ESG processes and KPI reporting, implementation of change management activities, support for the global introduction of ESG processes and promotion of cooperation across functions and locations Head of ESG reporting processes in line with CSRD and ESRS, including data governance, documentation and audit trail requirements

Complete study in commercial or technical fields with focus on project management incl. Knowledge of classical and agile project management Training in the field of ESG / Sustainability Experience in complex, cross-functional or global project management, ideally in the ESG area as well as in change and stakeholder management Experience with environmental standards and their application in manufacturing Knowledge of international and EU-wide ESG standards, regulations and their application in the production environment, experience with international ESG reporting frameworks and data systems Good technical and business understanding, analytical skills and problem-solving competence, strong process orientation, independent and structured working knowledge of environmental impacts, risks and opportunities in the transport sector and possible leverage to manage them Understanding ESG governance structures and internal control systems for non-financial data German and English knowledge in word and writing, other languages of advantage Ability to work in global teams as well as strong communication and collaboration capability Very good MS Office knowledge, good SAP knowledge and safe handling of project management software Ability to advance organisational changes and promote sustainability in diverse teams Readiness to travel (approx. 10%)
