Payroll Accounting SAP HCM (m/f/d)

Your mission With your know-how in the SAP-HCM-Payroll, you provide for a correct and smooth pay billing, are a competent respondent for billing-related questions and actively supports quality assurance and further development of our payroll processes.

Your tasks You conduct the monthly pay and salary billing with SAP HCM independently for a defined group of employees You will test test lists, check accounting issues and take corrections as well as recalculations You secure a proper social security and reporting (e.g. DEV and health insurance reports) You enter the certification (e.g. pay, public authorities and work certificates) You work on accounting-relevant tasks related to the time economy You are an employee for employees, executives and internal HR interfaces in payroll-related issues You communicate in writing and by telephone with sickness funds, authorities and external bodies You provide accounting-relevant master and movement data in SAP HCM You support the monthly, quarterly and annual accounting work Start and check evaluations for quality assurance, participate in the optimization of payroll processes and support accounting-related projects (Personaladministrative activities are carried out exclusively if You are directly relevant to accounting.)

Your profile You have a completed commercial training or a comparable qualification You have several years of professional experience in payroll accounting, ideally with SAP HCM Payroll You have very good knowledge of German pay tax and social security law Experience in the interaction of payroll and time economy is beneficial You work structured, carefully and extremely reliable Discretion and sense of responsibility are of course for you You go safely with MS Office, especially Excel, to You have very good German skills, English skills are a plus
