Our SOS-KiTas in Worpswede vary in their orientation and size from three to five groups with semi-open and open educational and inclusive concepts. All three KiTas combine a need-oriented pedagogy that allows each child to participate individually. The rural environment invites you to explore nature. The partly close connection to our children's village offers regular use of the offers on site, such as animal-based pedagogy. You like to accompany cribs and elementary children in everyday life and support colleagues in their own work. You communicate transparently with children, colleagues and caregivers.
