Your tasks Advising customers: in the further development of their SAP strategy and business processes as well as analysis of existing structures with a focus on sustainability and optimization potentials Development of holistic specialist and solution concepts, translation of requirements into sustainable target images, and development of sustainable SAP roadmaps together with customers: women from industries such as public (public administrations), utilities (energy and utilities) or Higher Education & Research (research and university institutions) Technical support of the technical implementation, definition of requirements for customizing and ensuring the faithful implementation without operational implementation Planning and moderation of customer workshops, structured collection of requirements as well as bringing together different stakeholders on joint results Conceptual support for transformation and change processes, support in the introduction of new SAP strategies and ensuring sustainable knowledge transfer through training and exchange formats

completed studies of (economic) informatics, economics or comparable qualifications; as an alternative a commercial, technical or IT-related training with corresponding professional experience in above-mentioned tasks Multiannual experience in SAP consulting or in a strategically shaped SAP role. as well as sound understanding of SAP processes and their business and organizational relationships Ideally experience in different SAP modules, industries or transformation projects Experience, client: to advise and convey complex topics in a comprehensible and practical way Joy in moderating workshops, taking people and building sustainable relationships Analytical thinking, methodological strength and ability to work quickly into new customer topics Ready for occasional on-site appointments Flowing German knowledge (min. level C1), since communication with customers and work with German-speaking documentation constitutes a substantial part of the activity
