Organization professionals: You coordinate everyday office and ensure smooth operations at the site. Administrative support: From scheduling to post-processing to documentation – you keep an overview. Communication interface: You receive guests, maintain inquiries and are in exchange with internal and external partners. Efficient office management: management of work materials, auditing and maintenance of reports and documentation. Support of the location management: You prepare meetings, take protocols and help with special projects. Optimization of processes: You identify potential for improvement and actively contribute to more efficient processes.

Your profile Organizational institution: You keep an overview and provide structured processes. Experience & Competence: A commercial training or relevant professional experience in office management. Communication strength: You perform professionally and act confidently with internal and external contacts. Structured mode of operation: Self-employment, accuracy and good time management. Secure handling of MS Office 365: Word, Excel and Outlook are part of your working day, ideally SAP knowledge Service orientation: You act forward-looking, solution-oriented and with a high level of sense of responsibility.
