To support our IT, we are looking for an in-house consultant (m/w/d), who acts as an interface between specialist departments and IT and actively develops our CRM landscape. The position is limited to 1.5 years in the context of parental leave.

Requirement and advice of our internal customers regarding the IT-side support of CRM processes (sales, marketing, customer service) Conception and design of solutions according to best practice approaches with focus on standardization and wartability of the CRM system Creating specifications for the further development of the system and performing tests Support of users in the 2nd level application support Cooperation with cross-departmental interfaces Planning and control of subprojects using common project management methods

Studies of (economic) informatics, economics or comparable qualifications Experience in the CRM environment (sales, marketing, customer service) Understanding business processes and their mapping in CRM systems Knowledge of the creation of specifications and test management Ideally experience in 2nd level support or user support Very good knowledge of German and English
