For our kitchen in common use, Friedrichshafener Straße 48-50 in 14772Brandenburg an der Havel, we are looking for you asKoch/Köchin(m/w/d)**ab

1. September, inFull time**(40 hours / week).

The place is limited to 1 year for the first time, with the aim of determination.

So you can bring in

• Involvement in planning, organisation and control of food procurement
• Determination of food use in the commodity economy system using recipes
• Preparation of food and beverages according to recipe specifications and customer requirements
• Commissioning and special food storage
• Expenditure at different output points and support for internal catering
• Pre- and post-processing in the output area and at events
• Guidance and support of people with disabilities in production and output
• Control of kitchen area with regard to cleaning, order and completeness

Only we value

• Completed vocational training as cook/cooking or co-cooking (m/w/d) or several years of experience in the kitchen
• Professional experience in gastronomy or related areas desirable
• Expressed customer and service orientation
• Reliability and independent operation
• Responsible implementation of HACCP guidelines and quality standards
• Existing Health pass or willingness to acquire
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Attention of Christian values of the Lafim-Diaconia
