Our 360-degree approach ranges from photovoltaic systems to innovative charging infrastructures to intelligent battery storage systems. As a “Top Company 2026” (Kununu) and high-growth players from Austria, we are looking for you as a networker and converter who successfully places our vision and systems in the German market. The order is made in the sister company SPL TELE Germany GmbH.

You are the spearhead for our market entry in Germany. Your mission is to establish electrify systems as the leading solution provider for charging infrastructure at B2B customers. Business Development: You actively recruit new customers and build long-term partnerships with decision-makers, planners and installation partners Solution distribution: You advise customers technically and commercially on our holistic charging solutions (AC/DC hardware, battery storage, EMS, service support) and first tailor-made offers Networking: You represent electrify systems at trade fairs, industry events and relevant associations to increase our brand awareness Interface: You work closely with the headquarters in Austria (Portfolio, Technology, Marketing) to smoothly implement customer projects

We do not seek administrators, but designers with “Hands-on” mentality. Experience: You bring multi-year experience in business development or B2B sales Network: You know the key players in the industry and your contacts open doors to EPCs, installers and CPOs and providers of energy management systems Market knowledge: You know the German energy market, the support landscape for charging infrastructure and have a suitable network Personality: You are a Hunter type with strategic vision, acting, communicative and you want to build something new independently Working method: Structured, independent working method from home office and high readiness to travel within Germany Language: German (min. C1) and good English (min. B2)
