Location: Wertheim Village We are looking for a dedicated and structured personality as a leasing coordinator (m/w/d). In this versatile position, you support the leasing director and perform a central interface function within the company. Your tasks: Management and ongoing updating of all Re-Merchandising documents (including surface plans, Village Maps, Re-Merchandising plans, Agenden and Protocols, Pipeline Calls) Organisation and coordination of meetings (including presentations, time management, space booking, catering and invitations) Tracking of Leasing schedules, deadlines and milestones Preparation of internal presentations (e.g. store openings, JLD, area offers) Creation and maintenance of legal documents Care and development of SharePoint and Salesforce Implementation of monthly banking reporting Support for budget meetings and preparation Examination of incoming invoices to check the investment sums and preparation of orders (POs) for payment processing Close cooperation with the Business Analyst to support ongoing analyses Examination and follow-up of Tenant Improvements (TI) regarding payment and contract status Creation of negotiation overviews and documents

Your profile: Completed commercial training or comparable qualification Ideally professional experience in the real estate industry, project developers, accounting, firm or retail Basic knowledge in real estate and/or contract law Very good communication skills and an open, service-oriented personality Structured, independent and reliable operation Proactive, flexible and solution-oriented thinking with high self-initiative Very good user knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) knowledge of German and English in word and writing; further European language skills are advantageous
