W2 Professorship – Business Psychology with a focus on Personal, Work and Organizational Psychology (m/f/d)

You hold courses, possibly also in English, in basic psychological and application subjects in the field of economic psychology as well as in other studies of the Faculty of Economics and Law at Bachelor and Master's level. The focus is on personal, work and organizational psychology topics (e.g. work and organizational psychology, personnel selection and diagnosis, current challenges of personal psychology, human resources management, transformation and change management). You develop and accompany motivating, innovative learning processes for students. You build up your courses in terms of content and didactically self-determined and communicate your knowledge in practice using current, didactic methods. You advise and supervise students in the course of project, seminar and final work at Bachelor and Master level and accompany them in application-oriented research projects. You contribute to the organisational, content and methodological-didactic further development of the Department of Business Psychology and the Faculty of Economics and Law and actively contribute to the self-management of the university.

You combine your relevant experience in operational practice (e.g. Human Resources, Consulting, Personal Diagnostics, Work Analysis and Design, Change Management/Organization Development, People Analytics) with your academic background in the field of psychology or economic psychology (with promotional or promotional adequate performance). You are a dedicated and professionally versed personality with well-founded current knowledge in human resources, work and organizational psychology, which wants to actively shape and further develop our economic psychology programs. You inspire the students for current economic psychological questions. You are pleased to share your knowledge and practical experience with young people and to support them in their personality development. You have the expertise and willingness to take on basic psychological events in our Bachelor's degree programs. Ideally, you already have experience in higher education or adult education. Intensified, up-to-date knowledge and experience in psychological research and/or management in or from organisations are of advantage. You appreciate diversity and design possibilities and are happy to accept the social responsibility as a professor or professor.
