The professional training centre (BTZ) Kaiserslautern is a special institution for the professional rehabilitation of people with a mental illness. For 3 years, we have been supporting the development of professional perspectives with the aim of (re)integration into the labour market or in advance into training or retraining. We work closely with clinics, specialist doctors, psychotherapists, social psychiatric services, self-help and family groups as well as with partners from the economy. Training, maintenance and further development of the motor, cognitive, psychological and social skills of our participants Establishment and promotion of professional competence Designing individual training content according to the skills and interests of participants Instructions for the design of the workplace and support for professional reintegration Cooperation in a multi-professional team with psychologists, social educators and trainers Professional orientation, advice and qualification of participants You work on individual funding and integration plans in the team Managing and organizational tasks complete your activity

Completed training as a state-approvedr ergotherapistin Multiannual professional experience, ideally experience in professional rehabilitation and working with people with mental illnesses Creativity and self-initiative, a high level of communication and team skills and joy in working with people. Knowledge of current MS Office applications
