For the “Smart Sensors” area, we are looking at the Oberkochen or Taufkirchen location at the next possible time Embedded Software Developer (w/m/d) The 'Smart Sensors' range develops imaging sensors, active sensors and warning sensors. These sensors are sensitive in the visual to the infrared spectral range and are used in civil and military applications for education and target detection. The team “Sensor Electronics and Software” is responsible for the electronics and software of these sensors. Further teams in the field take over the technical management, the optical and mechanical design as well as the corresponding sensor measurement technology.

Development of software and hardware for camera lenses Specification and selection of drive components laying out and optimizing the necessary control technology for exact positioning of the optics Implementation of Unit Tests and Component Tests Integration of components and support during commissioning in the overall system Accompanying production during series start

Complete study of mechatronics, electrical engineering, computer science or comparable qualification Very good knowledge of Modern C++ (min. C++14) Ideally experience in hardware-related programming and real-time operating systems Very good knowledge of control technology for positioning drives Experience in the control of hardware, driver development and knowledge of various interfaces such as SPI, CANopen, RS232, I2C, Ethernet Knowledge of Matlab / Simulink desirable Experience in dealing with the Xilinx Toolchain desirable Systematic, networked thinking and independent approach Team player with strong social competence and enthusiasm Innovation joy and creativity Good knowledge of German and English
