Senior Expert - IT Delivery Enabling (m/w/d)

from now on and in full time in Bonn or Munich.

As a primary digitization partner of the Bundeswehr, we provide stable, safe and efficient IT services in Germany and abroad, from basic operations to the field close to the application and thus contribute to the continuous increase in the leadership and operational capacity of the Bundeswehr. With over 7,700 colleagues, we operate and modernise one of the largest and most complex IT infrastructures in Germany. We are looking for responsible IT specialists who are convinced that the Bundeswehr-IT will further develop in challenging digitalization projects and thus contribute to Germany's security.

The Shared Delivery Enabling department is part of Shared Service Delivery (SSD) and is the gateway for offering requests and implementation orders to the service-providing units of delivery. We take over the control of the delivery of services and provide a uniform view of complex topics of delivery.

The Team Delivery Enabling supports the SSD when it comes to special support needs in topics. We see ourselves as pioneers of basic weighing and act cross-section over the entire SSD performance portfolio. In the event of unclearness to conflicts, we lead to a conciliation and enable our customers to deliver performance.

Your profile:

Complete subject-related studies or comparable training

About four years of relevant professional experience in the IT industry with a focus on controlling complex projects and managing target conflicts

Very good knowledge of ITSM processes and their implementation

Global understanding of the technologies used in IT landscapes

In-depth IT skills in at least two of the following topics: Workplace, Mobility, Collaboration, Cloud & Platform, Infrastructure, Network, Service Desk, Field Service, Logistic or Security

High cost and quality awareness

High sense of responsibility, analytical thinking, power of decision-making and implementation, ability to conflict, presentation and moderation

German knowledge and moderate readiness

Your tasks:

Analysis of customer requirements and matching (Miss/Fit) with the BWI service portfolio

coordination of customer requirements with relevant stakeholders as well as implementation and professional support of these requirements

Monitoring of complex supply and implementation measures

Definition and tuning of solution scenarios for realizing customer requirements based on the existing portfolio

Escalation management within the delivery organization

Processing of internal communication and control information supplied within the scope of the provision of services

Optimization of stakeholder communication and management-oriented preparation
