To strengthen our team in Leipzig, we are looking for

♪ Your tasks

• You are responsible for the training and supervision of apprentices at the locations
• Communication with the competent Chamber of Crafts and vocational schools
• Planning and implementation of nursery and internships
• the placement of training contents in accordance with the training framework plan, in compliance with the Vocational Training Act, the Youth Employment Protection Act, etc.
• Planning and implementation of trainee meetings
• You are the first contact for apprentices and executives in questions Training at Heinrich Schmid

♪ Your qualification

• You have successfully completed a training course for the painter and painter master (m/w/d), technician (m/w/d) and/or have several years of professional experience
• Training examination (AEVO) would be advantageous
• You bring your communication and motivation
• You are responsible, careful and team-ready
• Structured, independent working and pleasure in the profession
