The team „Vertriebstraining“ of the Sparkasse KölnBonn is responsible for the targeted qualification and further development of the sales staff. It develops practical training that encompasses classic sales techniques, digital skills and process optimizations to sustainably increase sales success.

Your tasks – we will inspire you You design professional, needs-oriented training concepts for our house. In your sales units, you design and accompany development measures and carry out workshops and sales training in our modern training rooms. The qualification, accompaniment and consulting of executives in the training process are an integral part of your work. As part of project work and workgroups, you support training topics. You are responsible for the content of modern internal training and you are voting for this with specialist areas and external service providers.
