Technician Quality Planning / Quality Advance Planner (m/f/d)

Analysis of customer requirements and determination of relevant test characteristics in coordination with the specialist areas Support and moderation of FMEA sessions to detect and avoid errors early Preparation of detailed test plans and test instructions as well as documentation of initial sample test reports Planning and coordination of necessary test equipment with customers, suppliers, purchasing and project teams Implementation of machine capability and process capability tests (MFU, PFU, MSA) to ensure production quality Consulting customers and suppliers as well as close cooperation with internal teams for continuous process optimization

Completed technical training with further training to the technician (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) in the field of mechanical engineering, plastics technology or comparable qualification Professional experience in quality management, ideal in the automotive industry or plastics processing Knowledge of quality planning (APQP), audit and process management Enforcement capacity, solution-oriented and structured operation Secure appearance and high communication capability in customer and supplier talks
