Senior Consultant – Presales & Engagement (m/f/d)

As a senior consultant, you are responsible for demanding enterprise projects – from the first presales contact to the successful go-live and beyond. You carry out requirements workshops independently, develop solutions that are professionally persuaded and proven in practice, and accompany customers through all phases. At the same time, you actively shape presales processes, translate customer requirements into loadable power modules and recognize project risks at an early stage. Internally, you pass on your knowledge, coach and develop Junior Consultants professionally and actively brings the perspective of our customers into product development. Managing requirements workshops, developing solution design and leading customers to sustainable decisions Completely responsible for complex implementations – configuration, control, result quality Actively accompany presales processes: demos, offerings, effort assessment, risk assessment Building and expanding long-term customer relationships Detect and develop potentials for extensions Junior and Mid-Level Consultants coach and further develop through structured feedback Project knowledge and best practices in a structured way backlog
