Planning, implementation and construction of new production lines for innovative products in compliance with the processes defined by the engineering in close coordination with production and production control Support of the Director Operations in the continuous development of production – from strategic planning to evaluation and selection of suitable modernization approaches Responsibility for the analysis, evaluation and assurance of available production capacities with regard to equipment Optimization of existing production equipment and test equipment through better utilization, quality improvement and standardization – together with production managers Evaluation and implementation of digital solutions and AI-based applications for the sustainable development of production processes Assessment of external service providers for test-related tasks and processes Close cooperation with internal departments such as development, production and quality assurance and external partners Direct reporting line to the Director Operations

You have a successfully completed university degree in engineering with a focus on mechanical engineering, mechatronics or a comparable degree Influential professional experience in the field of industrialization, manufacturing technology and/or production optimization, ideally in an environment with test area You have good knowledge of project management methods, ideally you have a certification in the field of project management (e.g. according to IPMA, Prince) You have very good knowledge of automation technology, digitalization and test systems You have good English skills in word and writing You are characterized by an analytical, structured manner of operation and by result orientation Communication skills and team spirit complete your profile
