Self-employed and self-responsible settlement of pay bills for a defined area, taking into account current social insurance, wage tax and tariff regulations and guidelines Care of personnel master data and time management, from entry to exit of employees Competent representative for employees and executives in tax, social insurance and collective bargaining issues Timely preparation of all necessary accounting data including the monthly and annual accounts, taking into account the SOX regulations Support in the preparation of opinions and audits Correspondence with offices, health insurance companies, insurance companies and authorities Compilation of statistics, evaluations and certificates Leadership of personal files

Successfully completed commercial or tax training, ideally further training to/from the paybook holder or personal businesswoman You are characterized by well-founded professional experience in pay billing and are used to independently clarify and process accounting matters Comprehensive current knowledge of wage tax, social security and labour law, ideally first experience with the ERA collective agreement of the metal and electrical industry Experience with a common accounting software as well as experience in dealing with a time recording system Ideally already experiences with SAP SuccessFactors and ADP/LOGA High self-motivation, readiness to use and the ability to think across areas, coupled with reliability and trustworthiness It is fun to work in the team and to share with you the facts Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Safe handling of MS Office products, especially MS Excel
