IT Application Consultant Human Resources (Inhouse) (a*)

Through the development, development and support of IT applications in the Human Resources Sector, in particular for time recording and access systems, you contribute significantly to the stability and efficiency of our HR processes. The IT application architecture defines and shapes you so that the systems can be operated sustainably, integrable and future-oriented. New IT applications are implemented in a structured manner, take responsibility for testing coordination, training, acceptances and releases and thus ensure smooth productive operation. As a contact person and consultant for the departments, you support internal customers in the selection, use and handling of IT applications in the personnel environment. The system interfaces are addressed and developed further – in particular to the connected SAP systems – and thus ensure consistent and reliable data flows. External service providers and developers are taxing and coordinating you in a targeted manner to keep in mind quality, dates and budget.

You have a university degree in the STEM field or have a comparable qualification with corresponding professional experience. A high IT affinity and a good understanding of the underlying IT infrastructure – such as Windows Server environments and MSSQL databases – will help you. First experience in conception, development, care and introduction of IT applications you could already collect. Ideally, you already have contact points with time detection and access systems or other hardware-related IT systems. Your profile is rounded off by a very good planning and conceptual way of working, distinct implementation skills and communication strength and team orientation.
