Total responsibility for the operational and strategic management of the production kitchen Ensuring efficient and high-quality production processes Planning and optimization of production processes Leadership, motivation and further development of a large team including trainees Responsibility for personnel planning, resource use and economic indicators Ensuring HACCP standards Close cooperation with management, customers, suppliers and internal departments Active participation in the strategic development and future orientation of the production area Optimizing cost structures and increasing operational efficiency

Completed training as a cook (gn) ideally with further training to the kitchen master or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in a leading position in professional kitchens with high production volume as well as strong leadership experience in a challenging gastronomic environment Outstanding leadership competence, organisational strength and sovereign occurrence Experience in guiding and controlling larger production units and complex kitchen structures Extensive competence in the holistic control and optimization of professional kitchen processes as well as a high awareness of quality, efficiency and standards. Safe handling of economic indicators, cost control and economic control Structured and solution-oriented operation with high self-initiative and sense of responsibility Embossed hand-on mentality and joy in the sustainable development of processes
