BIM overall coordinator in the project (m/f/d)

Interdisciplinary model coordination (architecture, support structure, TGA) including regular coordination rounds moderation between planning, execution and client side; Making conflict resolution and decision-making Coaching of the GOLDBECK project teams in BIM processes Creation / continuation of AIA / EIR and BEP / BAP; Definition of LOIN / LOD, name and structure conventions Further development of our model-based BIM processes, Lessons Learned, KPI-based control, standardization across projects Support for the company-wide implementation of the GOLDBECK-BIM strategy

Complete studies (e.g. architecture, civil engineering, utility technology, industrial engineering) or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in BIM coordination over several disciplines and services Safe in handling information requirements AIA, BAP, LOIN / LOD and model-based processes Secure application of model-based CAD systems (in particular Revit) and tools for BIM quality assurance and control (e.g. Solibri, BIMcollab Zoom) Safe handling of BIM work methods and BIM 360, experience in handling IFC, BCF and various classification systems Good knowledge of English and knowledge of German Result-oriented operation and development of independent solution strategies Embossed team and communication skills
