You ensure compliance with economic indicators and carry out the inventory. Engaged and expertly guide your team and plan personnel deployment.

You bring experience as well as knowledge of goods and sales experience in fresh bakery. You are trained in retail or food trade or as a specialist dealer or comparable qualification. You understand to think and act business and already have experience as department manager/deputy department manager. You communicate transparently, are empathic, creative and make independent decisions.
