Support for the execution and supply of basic services for customers, including: “Rund ums Konto” Online banking contracts Ggf. Depoter openings / changes

Pre- and post-processing of customer appointments / customer information Backoffice activities and telephone representation Creation, personalization and dispatch of birthday, anniversary and Christmas cards Support and preparation of internal and external events Your profile You bring with... a completed training to the bank clerk (or qualification as savings bank clerk) first practical experience in assistance - ideally in the private banking environment - are advantageous a pronounced service competence and a team-oriented way of working and enjoying close cooperation with corporate customers, the private banking team and other specialist departments.
