occupation next possible | unlimited | Full-time | Higher Education and Building Management | Campus Deutz Head of the gate service at all TH Cologne sites in the team of infrastructural building management Participation in selection discussions and planning and implementation of inclusions, instruction and personnel development talks and measures Development, implementation and updating of safety concepts and ensuring compliance with safety requirements Planning, coordination and control of door, closing, station and security services Accompanying safety-relevant measures for events, construction measures and projects Preparation and monitoring of procurement procedures for security services and safety equipment including performance description, tender assessment and contract management Organisation and optimization of security and service processes including resource planning and responsibility as well as process documentation

Higher education (Bachelor Level) ideally in the field of facility management, risk and security management, security technology or comparable Management experience Experience in project management and project management Ideally experience in creating security concepts Good knowledge of procurement and contract law, service management and financial management and budgeting Knowledge of working time and labour law Routinized application of current MS Office programs, SAP knowledge desirable High level of autonomy and self-responsibility Representative cooperation, communication and organisational capacity
