SERVICE PLUS is a medium-sized service company based in Neumünster and part of the HanseWerk Group. For over 30 years we have been a reliable partner for the North German energy and waste management industry. Our customers are mainly municipal works and waste management companies, in which we are often involved as a partner. We support them with practical solutions – in particular in the fields of IT, web, controlling, financial and accounting, energy accounting, data management and human resources. SERVICE PLUS is divided into two business areas: firstly, the equity business including strategic corporate management, and secondly the service and IT business with our diverse BPO services. Our investments are one of the most important assets of SERVICE PLUS. Their support, control and support are therefore central tasks of our company. We understand ourselves as a reliable partner of our joint ventures as well as of the most municipal majority owners – cities and circles – and rely on close, trusting cooperation. In the field of participation management, around ten colleagues are currently working in two teams, focusing on energy management and waste management. For the management of our Participation Management division, which is directly linked to the management of the Participation Business segment, we are looking for a sovereign, experienced and entrepreneurial thinking management personality at the earliest possible time, which brings together the future of our company with a willingness to design and vision. In your new role, you can expect a diverse range of tasks: You take over the strategic and professional management of the Participation Management division and develop it together with the two team lines. You also represent the area in the management. Together with the team management, you will ensure smooth processes, efficient organization and continuous development of our processes – with a view to quality, cost-effectiveness and customer orientation. In the bodies – especially in the supervisory boards of our waste management participations – you represent the interests of SERVICE PLUS sovereignly and responsibly. You are responsible for essential management and consulting contracts with our participations and actively shape partnership. You shape the culture in your area: cooperation at eye level, innovation joy and continuous improvement are key success factors for you.

Finded business knowledge and a strong entrepreneurial thinking skills form the basis of your work. You have multi-year leadership experience and understand how to empower, develop and strategically align teams. You bring experience in the analysis, structuring and control of business processes – ideally in the municipal or public environment. A comprehensive understanding of the peculiarities of energy and waste management is essential. If you don't have a deeper knowledge here, you're ready to work quickly and thoroughly. You quickly capture complex relationships, trade solution-oriented and always keeps in mind quality, cost-effectiveness and customer orientation. You can prepare and present your decision bases for committees such as Supervisory Boards or shareholder meetings in a professional manner.
