• You make sure that industrial requirements are taken into account during the specification and construction - you coordinate co-engineering activities, run ICONE workshops and create industrial management as well as maturity plans - you plan and track industrialization processes incl. P-FMEA, milestones, FAR/FAI and process validations - you define, plan and provide tools as well as manufacturing facilities according to EHS, quality and ergonomics requirements - you can perform the same cycle times, optimize method times and ensure a structured industrialization within budget and time frames

• You have a technical training as well as 510 years of experience in manufacturing technology, ideally in the railway industry - you bring process knowledge in lean manufacturing, line tampering, process engineering and the creation of work instructions with -found experience in project management as well as in handling ERP systems (e.g. SAP) for piece lists, work and flow plans - you know how to use QRPLIA and ergonomics standards.
