Advice and support for people with disabilities and their relatives, crisis support, recording procedures, rehabilitation talks, performance assurance and digital file management You work closely with authorities and internal areas, advice on group management and mentoring for trainees are also part of your task Participation in the conceptual further development of the offer, taking into account the quality assurance and the federal participation law The working environment is the Murrhardter workshop, which offers 109 people with disabilities work and participation offers and has a team of 32 people The core working time is from Monday to Thursday from 07:30 to 16:00 and Friday until 14:00, with the possibility for mobile work in small proportions and sliding time

A completed study of social work, social education or comparable qualifications You have experience in working with people with disabilities You are safe in handling computer and office applications and have ideally already experiences with the TopSoz, P&D, CGM Social Services You have well-founded knowledge of the legal bases according to the SGB
