As an application specialist*in, you are responsible for technical and clinical support during the sales process (pre- and post-sales) for investment goods and services in the field of imaging diagnostics and the IT solution business in the clinical and established environment. You demonise the complete product functionalities, including their potential use, as well as the product capabilities and benefits according to customer requirements during the sales process. You support customer loyalty and customer satisfaction of our existing customers by continuously consulting and adapting the systems and system parameters according to customer-specific requirements and thus ensure optimal use of equipment by our customers. Together with us, you develop modern concepts for system training, coordinate and perform these for our customers. You use your market and product knowledge to support the healthcare sector in developing sales, marketing and service strategies and regularly report recognised market trends and changes. You're planning a close communication with internal interfaces and our partners to make optimal use of resources. You represent our solutions as a professional contact person at trade fairs, congresses and workshops and seek proactive dialogue with our customers. You bring a training as a medical-technical radiology assistantin (MTRA) or as a medical technologist*in for radiology (MT-R), you have regularly retrained and are experienced several years in imaging diagnostics. Ideally, you have already met and worked with different imaging systems and image post-processing in the healthcare sector. We also wish you a strong affinity for IT topics. This enables us to try out new things together and drive the digitalization of our processes and systems. You never lose sight of your customers, their wishes and expectations in your working day. An open exchange and trust is promoted by you, because you are sure that creates the greatest added value. With different characters, you'll be fine. A safe, competent occurrence in customer discussions is of course for you. Communication at eye level is your favorite language. With your creativity and innovation, you will specifically promote new ideas for improving current approaches, methods, working methods or products/services. You speak German and master English so well that you can acquire the most important terms at any time. You have a class B driving license in your pocket and bring a 70% travel readiness.
