IT Manager - Establishment and further development of the IT landscape (m/f/d)

As part of a direct service, we occupy the position IT director (m/w/d) directly with the company in an indefinitely fixed position.

Our client is an established and healthy growing company from the logistics and service industry. The IT landscape should now be consistently modernised and set up in a sustainable manner. The management has recognized how crucial a professionally managed IT for stability, scalability and smooth operation is.

For this central role, the company is looking for a personality who likes to take responsibility, creates clear structures and actively shapes digital change - with a lot of support from management and short decision-making. If you are happy to think systems holistically, develop roadmaps and take real responsibility, then this position will give you the next big step.

General responsibility for a modern, sustainable IT infrastructure Leadership and development of a small, motivated IT team (< 5 employees) Building a Clear IT Strategy including Roadmap, Standards and Processes Introduction & Optimization of central systems (e.g. transport, ERP or DMS solutions) Further development of IT security, data protection & backup concepts Close cooperation with management

Multiannual experience in a responsible role within IT Ideally first leadership experience or clear motivation for the next step Solid expertise in IT infrastructure, networks and system architectures Experience with the introduction or further development of business systems (TMS/ERP/DMS of advantage) Communication strength, team orientation and hands-on mentality
