Tasks

• You ** support our residents: inside the basic care – e.g. during body care, dressing and meals
• You beobachtest state of health and agree closely with nurses in case of vulnerabilities
• You carry out certain medical measures according to guidance and medical regulation
• You ** accompany our residents: in the individual design of their daily routine
• You **promote your physical, mental and social skills through targeted application and activation
• You ** document your implementations and observations in our care software

Profile

• Completed one-year training as a nurse:in or recognised equivalent training
• German language level B2 or better
• Joy in working with people in need of care in our motivated care team
• Positive attitude to service with a church institution
• You like working in the team and bringing patience and a sense of the needs of older people with

Our offer

• Top remuneration: 3.225.33 € to 4.226.25 € gross per month for full-time (incl. 212.84 Euro fixed allowances, classification according to experience in the AVR Caritas tariff P6 in level 1-6. Stand: March 2026)
• Additional layer supplement: In addition to your salary, you may receive a monthly layer supplement of 100,00 € or a removable layer supplement of 250,00 €.
• Annual extra payments:You are looking forward to pay of 2 per cent in January and a year special payment in November.
• Old provision: We provide for your future and offer you an additional occupational pension provision via the BVK supplementary care in Munich.
