Ensuring ongoing SAP-EWM operation including customizing and development 2nd and 3rd Level Support for Incident Management and Change Management as well as Key User Contact Active cooperation in innovative SAP EWM projects with rollouts at several locations - from requirement analysis, solution design, implementation, testing and productive acquisition to a partial project management Coordination and control of external IT service providers as part of IT project work Implementation of solution concepts of customer-specific applications in the SAP EWM warehouse management environment and the associated cost estimates Consultancy and support of our business partners as part of the process support and optimization as well as further development of our SAP ERP and EWM application landscape and related services Support in creating program and system documentation as well as user documentation and training of key users Creation of technical solutions/implementation concepts and reorientation of existing applications, mainly in the field of warehouse management with EWM Support and coordination in the implementation and testing of software components and developments

This place can be occupied at the locations Düsseldorf, Kassel, Kiel, Unterlüß, Bremen and Neckarsulm.

Successfully completed (university) degree of (economic) informatics, economics or an education with a comparable background Mind. 5-7 years of professional experience in consulting and application management in comparable tasks Very good knowledge of SAP EWM (decentral, embedded optional) incl. Customizing Good knowledge of SAP ERP WM/MM-IM incl. Customizing desirable Experience in 2nd and 3rd level support in SAP environment Ideally first experiences in the field of debugging and ABAP /ABAP OO programming. Knowledge of EWM integration with PP and QM Process understanding in IT service management, ideally certification in ITIL (Foundation) is desirable Very good German and English language skills in word and writing High service and service orientation combined with project-related readiness to travel to national and international locations (10-20%)
