Your tasks

• Establishing the self-care deficit and deriving appropriate care and therapy measures
• Treatment of patients with neurological restrictions
• Interdisciplinary planning of therapeutic measures
• Interdisciplinary reporting of the treatment of patients of early neurological phases B-D
• documentation and compliance with all applicable conditions
• Assistance in medical interventions

Your profile

• You are a nurse (m/w/d) or have a comparable degree
• They work independently, innovatively and patient-oriented and have a high level of team capacity, flexibility and willingness to use
• They are open to modern care concepts
• You are safe to use MS Office programs
• Personal suitability according to the currently applicable Infection Protection Act according to § 20 IfSG
