Production management (m/f/d)

We advise companies from the food industry around the subject of personnel throughout Germany. Our customers are medium-sized, owner- or family-run companies that enjoy a long tradition and outstanding regional brand awareness. Our customers are regional, medium-sized bakery companies. The handicraft companies convince by their long-term positioning on the market with outstanding product qualities and sustainable leadership. The baked goods are distributed in over 50 locations. Tasks You bear the overall responsibility for the respective production site. You lead the departmental management directly and take over the professional and personal development of the entire team. You accompany recruitment procedures and promote a motivating, performance-oriented leadership culture. You ensure a smooth production process – from raw material storage to commissioning – taking into account quality, efficiency and processes. You continuously analyze and optimize the production processes, in particular with regard to the flow of a handicraft production. You develop and establish appropriate communication structures to strengthen cooperation and increase efficiency. You derive concrete measures from the existing controlling system and implement them consistently in the everyday operating environment. You coordinate quality management and promote the continuous development of the product range in close cooperation with the relevant interfaces. Requirements You have completed training as a baker or confectioner, ideally with successfully completed master exam. You bring several years of professional experience in food production and proven leadership experience – ideally in the food or bakery industry. You act solution-oriented, pragmatically and with a pronounced quality awareness. You convince by a safe, binding and communicative appearance and by their ability to motivate and take employees. You have good business knowledge and a sound understanding of production processes as well as for efficient processes in a production environment.
