Risk manager with a focus on IT (m/f/d)

In your function, you report directly to the Senior Risk Manager and work closely with the local and international teams. You support the implementation of risk management issues for animal insurance by further developing risk analysis. Did we awaken your interest? Then we look forward to your application!

You identify, evaluate and tax IT, cyber and ICT third-party service providers risks and integrate them into company-wide risk management and internal and supervisory reporting You continuously develop IT risk management as part of the Second Line of Defence and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, in particular DORA, national requirements and relevant standards such as ISO 27001, You are responsible for the ICT risk management requirements according to DORA, in particular the DORA information register, coordinating data delivery from the departments and ensuring regulatory consistency and auditability You take over the role of ICT manager, develop the ICT management process, control ICT incident management and ensure sustainable implementation across all relevant interfaces You participate in the further development of a group-wide IT risk management and governance framework and implement regulatory requirements in practical and scalable solutions

You have several years of professional experience in IT, cyber or ICT risk management, in IT governance or in a regulated environment, such as insurance or financial, consulting or auditing You have sound knowledge of regulatory requirements for IT risk management, in particular DORA, national regulatory requirements and established standards such as ISO 27001 You have experience in translating regulatory requirements into effective governance, risk and control structures and implementing them sustainably You analyze complex relationships, develop existing IT risk management structures in a targeted manner and convince by a structured, solution-oriented and responsible way of working You communicate with disciplines, management as well as internal and external examiners and have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
