You take the top-class, expert advice and sale of our exclusive jewelry and watch range to demanding customers You build long-term, trusted customer relationships and care for our regular customer network at the highest level of service You advise competently on individual productions, reworks and repair orders and take them professionally You provide customer data in a conscientious manner in the ERP system and accurately unwind goods entries as well as orders from collection to handover You actively contribute to a first-class presentation of the goods and a perfect appearance of our house

Compulsory industry experience: You have detectable experience in the sale of luxury goods (e.g. jewellery, watches, premium fashion) or from a comparable high-end service (e.g. elevated hotel industry). Completed commercial training in retail or a comparable qualification in the premium segment. Passion for exclusive products, fine materials and a fine feel for aesthetics and quality. A high-professional, stylish and sovereign appearance combined with excellent handling and strong communication skills. An independent, careful way of working as well as strong team skills in the family environment
