Head of Product Support / Maintenance Organisation (m/f/d)

-You have overall responsibility for Product Support (Instance/Repair) / MRO / ILS / In Service Support / After Sales Services and ensure customer satisfaction by monitoring and controlling the processes (delivery date, quantity, quality)

-You develop service concepts and after-sales strategies across the entire portfolio of products sold at the site

-You are part of the Group-wide Service Community and are regularly exchanged for the overarching strategy in this area

-You shall ensure the air conditions for an EASA Part 145 and FAA Part 145 maintenance company, taking into account applicable rules, standards and internal requirements.

-You are responsible for handling repair orders including Supply process and order testing process.

-You provide the technical service for sold products – especially for their maintenance and repair.

-You conduct commercial and technical negotiations with customers and act as a central interface to internal departments in consultation with the sales department.

-You coordinate work preparation and manage customer orders in the daily business.

-You are actively involved in internal and external audits, as well as in regulatory audits by the Federal Aviation Office and audits by relevant certification bodies.

-You work closely with the Head of Quality Management and ensure the proper implementation of the quality management system.

-You develop and maintain a key payment system to optimize delivery reliability and costs and actively promote the continuous improvement process.

-You are creating regular reports for the management.

-You have completed technical studies (e.g. aerospace technology, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, physics or comparable).

-You have several years of professional experience in the field of repair and maintenance (e.g. aviation electronics/avionics or comparable systems) or have similar competencies.

-You have detectable experience in a responsible function within an approved operation according to EASA Part 21G and/or EASA Part 145, or an EN 9100 certified company. -You have a well-founded knowledge of the relevant air regulations and regulatory requirements.

-You are characterized by a structured, analytical and responsible way of working. -You have knowledge of German and very good English; French knowledge is advantageous.

-You are willing to submit to an assessment by the Federal Aviation Office for which you are prepared by us
