IT Service Dispatcher (m/f/d)

As a dispatcher, you stand at the front of the service desk. There's no service. You are responsible for coordinating and monitoring our customer service as a central point of contact. You control our ITIL processes and act as an important link between customers, partners and technicians in order to optimally utilise resources and make processes trouble-free. Monitoring Accept and pre-qualify customer requests Monitoring tickets and compliance with the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) Organization of feedback from our technicians Working tools: video, phone, email, chat and ticket system In addition, you take on the role of the service manager with some customers and report on the key figures and discuss customer requests. Our competent technology team and your superiors are behind you. We act as a team, play the ball together and keep our backs free. In your activity it is necessary to keep an overview. It counts the big whole instead of the details. The actual technical solution is provided by our trained technical specialists.

Complete training ideally as a specialist in system integration, IT-Kaufmann /-wife or comparable qualification Alternatively: cross-comers with experience in the network and firewall area as well as Linux. High IT affinity and passion IT Support Experience Organizational designer with structured work and a high sense of responsibility Customer-oriented, serious and binding occurrence Targeted, solution-oriented communication Conception and recognition of relationships Basics in network configuration and analysis (e.g. switches, routing, TCP/UDP, ports, tcpdump) Very good German (C1), good English (B1) Not necessarily necessary but helpful: Knowledge of ITIL of advantage Experience with firewalls (e.g. Fortinet, Barracuda, OPNSense), VPN, network segmentation Knowledge in Linux (Server) and related services
