Own-sponsored implementation and control of customer projects from order clarification to commissioning of our software solutions Analysis of IT related requirements of our new and existing customers and development of solutions Concept development (including customer presentation) Consulting our customers to optimize business processes based on our software solutions Supporting our existing customers in logistical questions Customer training for our products (Focus Customs and External Economics)

Training or studies in the context of logistics projects - e.g. forwarding business (m/w/d) or comparable relevant training Professional experience in operational logistics with a focus on customs and external economics Affinity for software, IT and everything related Ideally first knowledge of our product Advantage Customs, Experience in project management, ideally as a (partial) project manager in the implementation of software development or software implementation projects in customs or logistics environments or as a consultant:in customs or logistics projects Self-certified appearance, enforcement, flexibility and readiness to travel Very good German and good English skills
