They manage, control and coordinate the large-scale projects in the field of external sites (including the “Riederwald” project). You are responsible for the resource and financial management of the projects (personal and budget) They ensure quality standards They coordinate the business processes and activities You run the office including the areas of planning, construction and maintenance, large project Riederwald and subprojects They control and coordinate the processes and the staff professionally and disciplinaryly

Successfully completed university studies in engineering (Master/Diplom) with a focus on civil engineering or a comparable qualification with professional multiannual professional experience Multiannual proven leadership experience of several teams Multiannual professional experience in the construction management / management of large-scale projects or professional experience in the construction management with a focus on constructive engineering Comprehensive knowledge of the technical standards and regulations of construction engineering and road construction Knowledge of environmental and road and administrative law and building and contract law High expertise in process management, planning and construction readiness to travel within the area This distinguishes you as a manager: They think in complex relationships and have a pronounced willingness to design, combined with value-adding behavior and self-reflection.
