You enter our customers in the regional consulting business at the headquarters of Oldenburg (with responsibility for surrounding branches of the sales area). You advise, check and decide on customer-side construction financing requests and ensure high processing and data quality. You decide on credit applications in a case-by-case and efficient manner. You act as a local contact person for the branches and are responsible for the customer acquisition and the sales conclusion of the construction financing. You recognize cross-selling approaches, are successful in their implementation and may include other specialists. You are working on targeted and successful leads (including campaigns). You have solid expertise in sales (even from the credit area). You already convince with your cross-selling behavior in your current task. You are safe in judgment and you like to decide (i.e.) You are always comprehensible and reliable in handling. Your communication skills convince customers and team members. Very good German knowledge (at least level C1) in word and writing to ensure clear and effective communication in the working environment.
