Management and control of company-wide transformation processes with special focus on internal corporate culture, HR transformation and project management structures Conception, management and implementation of strategic corporate projects, divisions and in close coordination with the management Transformation and further development of HR, logistics, and production landscape Building and further development of project portfolio structures, project governance and standardized methods for strategic project management Impetus for a modern, forward-looking corporate culture with focus on Cooperation, ownership and readiness to change Sparring partners for decision-making in relation to organisational development, personnel strategy and change management

Multiannual experience in a leading transformation role (e.g. as CTO, Head:in Transformation, HR Strategy Lead or in comparable strategic function) Deep understanding of modern HR and organization development and well-founded Experience in project and change management Detectable successes in the initiation and control of complex transformation programs, ideally in medium-sized, divisional organization structures Excellent communicative skills, sovereign appearance at executive level as well as distinct leadership qualities High strategic competence combined with pragmatic implementation strength and pronounced hands-on mentality
