The IT Marketing & Sales (ITS) division actively shapes this change through innovative technologies, new forms of cooperation and a future-oriented corporate culture. ITS is an international, diverse IT area with overarching teams and projects worldwide. As an intern*in, you will become part of the Growth Hub team and actively shape how we advance change, development and culture in the field. These challenges await you: Participation in internal communication measures relating to transformation, leadership, skills management and culture Support in the planning and implementation of workshops, events and digital formats Content and visual preparation of presentations and communication materials Participation in preparing decisions, workshops and events for top management and all hierarchical levels Development of communication channels and formats (e.g. social intranet) Support for operational day-to-day business and team-wide initiatives The activity can begin from March 2026.

Course in Communications, Media, Business Administration or Economics with a focus on marketing or in a comparable course Secure handling of MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel and Word High affinity for digital media and new technologies, first experiences with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Copilot) are of advantage Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Creativity, Flexibility, Reliability and Strong Team Skill Own initiative, independent working and above-average willingness to use Ability to communicate complex content clearly and understandably Please note that your internship at this site must have a prescribed mandatory share.
