Start your career with our universal Management & Operations Trainee program and gain a wide range of insights into the world of a digital company in 18 months. You work in different management areas, build a strong professional network and find out where your strengths lie. At Techem you will meet a diverse team that appreciates your ideas and commitment. Your tasks – You make the difference with us:

You’re going through multiple stations and actively working on different strategic and operational management issues to drive your professional development and expand your network.

Whether Finance, Controlling, IT, HR, Sales, Marketing, SCM, Process Management, Product Management, etc. – there are many opportunities for us to introduce your ideas. Our project teams are always working together across the range – here is your contribution, not your department.

During the 18 months, you will participate in various development formats, such as Learning Days and Hospitations, to promote your personal and professional development.

It is important to us that you stay in contact with the other Young Professionals and keep them together as a team – we also offer different formats for this.

Your profile – This is what you enthuse us:

You have successfully completed your studies in BWL, Finance, Business Informatics or an STEM subject and want to start right now.

First practical experience – e.g. through internships or working student activities – you have already collected and desire to further develop your knowledge in practice.

You are strong in communication, show your own initiative and bring the necessary flexibility to develop yourself in a dynamic environment.

Empathy and a good sense for people are what distinguishes you – just like your conceptual thinking ability, with which you can quickly grasp complex relationships.

You have very good English skills – ideally complemented by international experiences that extend your view over the rim of the plate.

You are curious, ready to learn and want to take responsibility to advance sustainable change together with us - without losing sight of the fun.
