On behalf of the Federal Republic of Germany, we manage projects for the Bundeswehr and NATO in Cologne and Bonn. The diverse portfolio of our properties offers projects in the field of large and small new, re- and expansion buildings as well as in building maintenance. Our construction measures include the renovation and construction of high-tech IT, cyber and administrative buildings, canteens and sports halls, as well as accommodation buildings and kindergartens. For the property at the Hardthöhe in Bonn, we are looking for engineers: in the case of 86 hectares of total area, we are looking for construction maintenance measures for the well 110 buildings to advise the builder of the Federal Republic of Germany in the initiation of large and small construction measures and to successfully control and implement them from planning to execution to handover. They actively control construction projects in the areas of project management according to AHO Issue 9 in project management and/or project management function They coordinate different construction measures with regard to interfaces They are responsible for/support the controlling (termination, costs, qualities, resources), data management and reporting to manage the construction projects You are responsible for compliance with internal and external requirements (records, orders, standards) They coordinate and/or conduct internal and external votes with engineering offices and executive companies as well as the BLB headquarters, OFD NRW and other parties

They have successfully completed their studies (Diplom/ Bachelor/Master) in the field of architecture, civil engineering, economic engineering or comparable. Further requirements: You can demonstrate at least 3 years of professional experience in the construction industry In addition to your high motivation, flexibility and orientation, you also have a strong linguistic competence Ideally, you have additional professional qualifications in the field of project management (DVP or the like) Ideally, you bring both qualified knowledge in the handling of project communication systems and in the field of construction-relevant legislation (HOAI, VOB, VgV, AHO) with Your profile is rounded off by first knowledge and experience in building information modeling (BIM) – desirable You have the willingness and ability to conduct a service car and a safety review “Ü 2” under the Security Review Act NRW

Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee is payable for employees from the E 10 payment group to the E 13 TV‐L (approximately 50,000,00 € – approx. 82.000,00 € per year) with all agreed social services (e.g. occupational pensions).
