Key tasks: You take over the continuous optimization and maintenance of the annual financial statements as well as the support of the programs OBR, MBE and DAA. You process selected items within the framework of the annual accounts and ensure the proper archiving of all accounting documents. You support the ongoing optimization of the processes in accounting and take over the project management as well as the multiplier function in cross-departmental innovations. You are responsible for the OSP sub-application “Manual Account”, “Debitor Accounting”, “Permanent Accounting” and control bookings related to holdings. You fully validate commercial transactions, control compliance with the limits and collect all required transaction data. You control and carry out bookings related to transactions and liquidity transfers. You ensure the quality and completeness of messages and actively monitor foreign currency and cash accounts. You contribute to the strategic optimization and further development of the AuK processes and, in cases of absence, represent the coordination of bank accounts with Landes- und Bundesbank. Requirements: You have a training to/from the banking business operator or a comparable qualification. You have well-founded knowledge in the HGB as well as a good understanding of business relationships. You bring knowledge of the MaRisk and a strong understanding of supervisory requirements. You possess good securities knowledge and ideally have experience in dealing with commercial and back office processes. You are safe to use relevant specialty software (e.g. OBR, SimCorp, Berger & Schier, IC profitview, BitMARisk, Corona200, DTCC, dwp, IDH-Reports/OSPlus-BI, LBBWcorporates, PPS_neo, MarketAxess, wpl-online) as well as common MS office applications.
