In this position, you play an important role in the care and care of patients with different diseases. The care process is actively designed by you – professionally informed, structured and with a view to the individual needs of the people who are entrusted to you.

Your job as a health care provider (m/w/d)

• Implementation of the holistic basic and treatment care of the patients • Professional implementation of medical arrangements and nursing measures • Regular monitoring of vital values and early detection of changes in health • Support for diagnostic studies and therapeutic measures • coordination of procedures within the care everyday with the interdisciplinary team • Advising family members in nursing questions with sensitivity and professional clarity • Consistent compliance with applicable hygiene regulations and care guidelines

In addition, you document all measures carefully and introduce your technical assessment into team discussions or handovers.

Your working day as a health and nursing agent (m/w/d)

The working day is characterised by cooperation. Nursing staff, doctors and other professional groups regularly agree to ensure that all participants know the current state of care at all times.

They continuously support your patients and keep their health development in mind. Care plans are implemented by you independently and adapted if necessary. In doing so, you connect medical requirements with the personal needs of the people you provide.

A structured exchange of information is of course part of this. Handling, documentation and clear consultations in the team ensure that processes work reliably and the quality of care remains consistently high.

Also in situations with multiple parallel requirements, keep an overview. Your actions remain calm, professional and always respectful to patients, patients and colleagues.

Your profile
