You advise our sales organization as a central legal contact person for national and international customer projects in the pharmaceutical order development and order manufacturing business. Their focus is on the creation, testing and negotiation of development contracts, master supply agreements and other customer-related contracts. You accompany complex contractual negotiations, assess legal and economic risks and develop pragmatic solutions that align regulatory requirements, legal security and commercial objectives. Together with Sales, Business Development, Quality, Operations and our locations, you will create the legal basis for successful, long-term customer relationships. You provide advice and support in cross-area and functional projects. You are contact persons for external legal advisers and control them.
